I think his logic is pretty crappy, but he DOES bring up a good point. Why not spend the $$ on individual party animal items to max your title instead of getting an ultra rare piece of junk (no offense). However, I guess collectors and rich people might not see it that way.

Lets slightly change a fairly common novelty item and mark it as super rare. Incredibly lame. Anet, you're moving away from the things the set you apart from other MMO's. Don't turn your game into yet another one where the people who are important or could afford to buy the extra perks are the ones that grind 5 hours a day.

slightly off comment , but have you noticed the lack of bids because this item is in the auction area ? - gives you a good idea of how many people on this board are full off shizzle . if this was in the high end board there would be 10 pages of people offering stacks of armbraces that they dont have to big up there peen. lollipop.

hmm, nothing that interests me anyhow ..

candycorn man is ugly as hell ...
and rollerbettle is boring as hell...

candycorn has nothing, that makes it anyhow special, they even dance like female necros >.>

and rollerbeetle's dance is the most borign dance of all in GW...
-------

I personaly can't absolutely understand, why the hell people make such a hype about these tonics, only because they are everlasting, and rare, that they reach such insane prices for some boring and ugly, like those transformations into these stuff.

I would understand the hype about such items, when they would enable the player to transform into various really cool Monsters and creatures, like:

Saltspray Dragons
Armored Cave Spiders/Arachni
Fenrir
Margonite Paragons
Onis
Krait Devouss's/Arkanoss's

and and and...the game has so much cool creatures, which would be much nicer to transform into and that also outside of towns...

When such everlasting potions would exist, then I could really understand the hype about them

To answer your question it does not count to any title.

Lucky fiend, someone's a rich mother RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOer now.

You'd think there'd be a way I could combine all my Creme Brulees into an everlasting one or something.

I've wanted an Everlasting Yuletide and Transmogrifier to drop as part of their events, but having it come from the Zchest is still like they don't even exist. Nobody in their right mind would pay what the everlastings would cost when they could go max the actual party animal title for considerably less. >.>

In all seriousness, it is the ONLY one so far. There are plenty of people out there who would like this, as it would grow their e-peen by about 6 inches. Only one = HUGE price. There are 28 (or so) Everlasting Rollerbeetle Tonics, and those go for ludicrous amounts of money. I can only imagine what the auction for this will look like.

it would help to know when this was released into the game to find its rarity. If it was with the new weapons its pretty rare but if it was december that would make this extremely rare

Some of the top power traders and those that profited off of the duping scandal can easily have that much money.

But...all those that have the money without E-Baying are smart enough to realize that purchasing this item before the true drop rate/rarity is known is not an intelligent thing to do, as the price is likely to stabilize at a point much lower than what the sellers are demanding.

Ive talked with a few ppl over the weekend that have that kind of money. Their are ways to get that kind of money like selling spots into high end guilds or selling a high end guild. And no its not just any tonic, its a one of a kind item and the person who has it will be labeled as ultra rich. Its more of a status symbol then a toy.
